Berlin coffee hopping
I went to Berlin in January to see my sister (I know I am late). I just needed some quality time with her and we weren’t in a rush to visit city bucket lists. Needless to say, we had a lot to catch up on… If she wasn’t my sister we would have certainly been friends anyway. We are so different and yet our energies complete each other.
Consequently we did a coffee hopping marathon, from a hipster coffeeshop to another, binging on Matcha lattes and dessert. I thought about doing a coffeeshop guide, but I quickly realised it would have been completely useless. There are so many, they keep blooming, moving or closing all the time. Even Google maps can’t catch up, so my advice is just wander around and stop at whatever place appeal to you. Don’t worry, in Berlin between a coffeeshop and a coffeeshop, there is another coffeeshop, especially in Kreuzberg, Neukoln and Mitte area. So just walk around and follow your basic latte instinct.
Adding to that, Berlin in January is pretty cold, so we were fine cozying up in cafés. The city is well known for being a hipster haven, so coffeeshops, vintage stores, galleries, design, culture and all that jazz is part of the real Berlin experience.
I already miss the healthy soups, buddha bowls, glorious lattes and exotic teas.
Enjoy the mix and match pictures. If you want me to do a Berlin “mainstream” guide, let me know.

Ok, not really a coffeeshop, but how awesome is this entrance?
