Swimsuit & pineapple in Costa Rica

Jul 4, 2018 | Fashion, Outfits | 0 comments

Hello loves,

Remember when I told you in my Friday mood post that I have a project with Revolve? Here are the pictures in the beautiful Anita swimsuit by Tularosa. But that’s not all of it, I will tell you more in few days… Some happy pineapple vibes from Costa Rica! I hope that this article will make you travel for few minutes in your head.

Revolve swimsuit

I had a very hard time picking a piece from the website. I was tempted by all the signature flowy dresses but ended up choosing this swimsuit. First, simply because it’s beautiful, feminine and tropical. Second, I know that during my travel especially in Costa Rica I would wear a swimsuit much more than a flowy dress. Third, because it also doubles as a cute top, either with a cut-off shorts to to the beach, or palazzo pants for a stroll in the city, or a beach party with a skirt. The straps are removable, but I would advise you to keep them in a surf beach like Playa Guiones in Nosara. You don’t want to flash all the beach after being hit by a wave right?

Costa Rican pineapples

You may wonder why I am holding a pineapple?! I don’t have any rational explanation other than I just bought one that day for breakfast and thought it looks cool, beachy and tropical. Costa Rican pineapples are one of the best I’ve ever had. I was skeptical at the beginning, because in my head the bigger the fruit, the lesser the flavour. But this giant pineapple is so delicious and makes a perfect mono-meal tropical breakfast. I just sprinkle on some chia seeds and pecan nuts for the extra healthy fats, protein and omega 3. Pineapples are very filling, low in sugar compared to other tropical fruits like mangoes and full of vitamins and minerals. I invite you to read this article and add more pineapples into your life if possible:
